I haven’t seen any pumping done by Delgado. On the contrary he seems to be doing very little if anything to promote NS. Maybe tomorrow’s presentation will prove me wrong.
My main complaint about him is he appears lazy by not updating verbiage in the SEC filings and hasn’t updated the company website where new investors go during DD.
