For an instant, BxA was 1.20 x 2.97, but back to 1.00 x 1.20 as I write this (200@1.20 on ASK by NITE).

Re making money selling stock, do you mean common stock, or preferred shares? As I recall, pre-reverse-split, the O/S was just about maxed out, so the post-RS OS wouldn't have a lot of shares to sell, either. But that's not to say that they couldn't just start diluting like every other stinky pink, except that so far there is no evidence that they are diluting, and it really does seem as though they plan to make money by selling their product rather than stock.
