He's winning now. He and his family (IBEX) are getting 50% discount on the stock price for the shares they receive at the time of their loans to company. They get a double immediately at the time of each loan. If that is not winning, I don't know what is.

I am pretty sure that many stockholders would like that deal. And rumor has it that some ARE getting that same deal for notes from company.
