Actually no, it's message boards like this that are to blame for this. That is why pump and dumps are on such a big scale these days. Anonomous posts by people who 'claim' to know what they are talking about allow scams to thrive. I would imagine this site (which is the worst of any for pumping sites) will be shut down at some point.
