When cash on hand reaches $18 million or share dilution increases 500 million shares or a combination of the two. For example: cash on hand $24 million and an increase of shares 250 million. The SP will then trade between .05 and .07.
Of course if shareholders start dumping their shares rapidly, you will see .07 and lower much sooner. About 17 million shares should do it.
