No factual basis at all....we have no annual numbers for 2018, even unaudited ones because we never got Q4.
Roger obviously has nothing to report and has no idea when it will finish. This has been going on for over a year at this point with no financials. Revenue for 2019 is $0 since no one has any idea what benefit the company gets from JV and no financial details on other business deals.
This is probably a $5 million so a share price of $0.01 is where this will end up when there are no financial lbs by end of 2020
