CW is very hush hush and vague imo. I doubt they've mentioned GRAS, I know they are very vague about US uplisting.

I do think they have a great product, but I agree with your concerns. They don't tell you much.

Do you know that their extra strength caps are labeled as 35 mgs of "hemp Co2 extract(aerial parts)". But is my understanding that there is far less mgs of CBD in there. I think its misleading when people compare a bottle of the CW extra strength to a gold bottle of plusCBD. Pluscbdgold has 15 mgs of CBD per cap and a typical buyer sees CW as 35 mgs of 'hemp extract' per cap and even though they are paying significantly more for the CW, its 'seems' like the better deal.

Personally, I took a bottle of CW extra strength for a month and even though it worked, I definitely felt better benefits from the CV gold caps. Personal experience only....as my benefits are measured by stress and anxiety relief.

Not knocking CW, because as Supertrades would say...'i'm long on both'.

You can reach CW directly. That was my first question that I asked company before I bought CW.. if they products use industrial hemp or some Marijuana strain.. their answer was : "We only use 100% proprietary strain of industrial hemp. Under 0.3% THC." I can forward you email if you want.
Hemp same as Marijuana can have different strains.

I think the confusion was created because Stanley Brothers also cultivate and run separate Marijuana buisness and early on when they were doing interviews, they were probably talking about Cannabis in general.. people used to always assume that whenever you say cannabis, it must be Marijuana... not many people knew about hemp years ago... it is changing.

Also, I'm not sure if I agree with statement about CBD isolate. Me and you know that hemp extracts are way better than just CBD isolate because of all other compounds that work well together and enhance each other.
That to be said there are going to be people that are going to be worried about drug tests or parents who would like to give CBD to their children but dont feel comfortable giving THC even at minimum levels.. then you have people that may need bigger strength of CBD but they wouldn't like to keep THC level low... shortly speaking I think general public should have access to pure CBD if they want to.. I just don't see a good reason why not...
I think the way FDA should distinguish drug from regular hemp products by their strength. Keep everything above 100mg/ml as a drug and consider everything below this level as safe without prescription ..
At the same time I'm hoping that FDA is not going to tap the strength of legal CBD at some ridiculous low levels which yes, could be sufficient for me personally since I use it as a wellness product but they would shut down access to higher strength for sick people that they need that higher strength to feel the difference. Let's just forget about stocks for a moment and talk as general people that should fight FDA to have access to this product and end this stupid prohibition. Parents of epileptic child should be able to choose between buying high quality strong hemp extract and spending couple hundreds of dollars opposed to have only drug Epidiolex as an option for $3k..
Let's just stop with CW vs PlusCBD.. none of them is going anywhere until FDA is going to put their shit together and act in the true interest of public. All good CBD companies, hemp roundtable should join forces and put pressure on FDA and come up with good regulations together.
EOM I haven't posted for a while so allowed myslef to catch up LOL

I remember CW gaining popularity from a low THC high CBD MJ strain.

Are you saying that CW's CBD is laced with an over .03% of THC? Like . . . it can get you high? I might need to buy me some of that stuff!!! :) If that is the case, you are right because they will never be able to list in the USA.
