I'm not sure about CW anymore. I am suspecting that CW DOES NOT use industrial hemp and that's why they are listing in TSX and NOT pursuing the NASDAQ listing. I'm reading their last conference call today to check any takeaways about the industry and the company itself that may suggest that.
My suspicions come the last video where I think CW was compared to CVSI and the results showed a huge difference in quality. Abysmal is a better word to describe it. Also, I remember CW gaining popularity from a low THC high CBD MJ strain. I am not sure if they ever made the switch. And this is probably why they had such a huge Gross Margin all the time. If I'm correct and CW's bluff has been called, they can not participate in the US CBD market yet. CW will NOT be able to list in the NY big boards either yet.
Another thing that leads me to believe that they are NOT using Industrial Hemp is that YOU have not been able to post here anything about CW pursuing the Self Affirmed GRAS status. If you have any information about this matter please post it.

I have a question for you since I'm sure you read the CW CC: Was the self affirmed GRAS process mentioned in the last call???

I have seen other companies desist on pursuing the NASDAQ uplisting because they can't play in the US market before.
