Of course. I really had no clue why traders were getting suckered into this by promoters. It was an obvious dilution trap. The financials clearly show debt that will convert out into a BILLION shares. That's not hyperbole. There are literally a billion shares that need to be dumped.

This will be buried to low trips and eventually reverse split.
