Rank day was 5/10/19. They closed at 3.10 (market cap about 152 MM). The RUT (tracks Russell 2000) was minimally higher 5/10/19 compared to second Friday of May 2018. In 2018 the cutoff was 159 MM. So it looks like AVXL will just miss the threshold but ther are a few variables. We will know for certain when the list is published next Friday.

"On rank day in May (this year May 10), all eligible US securities are ranked by their total market capitalization. Companies whose stocks are listed on eligible stock exchanges and who pass investability rules are considered for inclusion in the indexes. Beginning on June 7, preliminary lists of additions and deletions to the indexes are communicated to the marketplace. These changes go into effect after the close on Friday, June 28."
