You should not be trading OTC stocks so good luck to you. And maybe you should watch level II... 0003 came to the ASK because all of the 0003 on the BID which is where people put in a price they will pay for a stock and someone sells shares to them... the 0003 got bought up by speculators and the sellers were the diluter's ... thats how this works... WOW
