Float is not same as listed on OTC; that value hasn't been updated since 2011.

S/S has remained essentially unchanged since 2016, however, and the held at dtc quantity of ~116m is a safe float estimate.

A/S of 200M, O/S of 158M, an equity rich principal, and no significant changes in share structure in 3 years is sufficient potential for a monster play at hand.
