Keysight is the only test equipment maker to release a 110Ghz 4 channel testing device to-date, and the news of its release came out right around the EEOC in Sept 2018

so for LWLG to have Serial #1, then #2, and now #3 makes sense from the timing aspects as well

lastly, and really just for chuckles, the Aug 2018 LWLG news release had Dr Lebby saying the following on the 100Gbs device testing needs,

The company is looking to partner with key test instrument manufacturers and also continues to build its internal expertise with the hiring of world-class technical personnel with 100Gbps experience.

haha, was it a clue as to who the test equipment maker LWLG would be partnering with? don't know, but again, there are no other test equipment makers with a 110Ghz 4 Channel devices (needed for testing 100Gbs device 4 lanes NRZ = 400Gb NRZ)
