My guess on the weak volume is that no one really trusts GSF yet, as a viable investment. They haven't published financials. They haven't done the promised stock ticker change (to GSFI). And, they haven't really published a whole lot that is proof that they are aggressively acquiring new clients AND making money (to give the company stock real value).
I do also think there are people playing games, particularly with low volume sells into the bid. There are also many penny and sub-penny bidders, a) hoping the share price will seriously crash, but b) presuming that it will recover so that they make money on those penny/sub-penny buys. Since I am holding pre-RS shares, I personally can't wish them 'good luck on that,' but I certainly don't hold it against them for trying.
