The stock is still trading, there is no scam. All the news releases were "forward looking statements". Any investor who reads them was at their own risk. The warning signs were there, everyone choose to be optimistic instead of realistic. A few days ago I even posted Technical Analysis information, .015 support broke ALL EMAs turned downwards. This was not unforeseen. Also I've said for a long long time, "Take this as a technical play and not investment"
