Until we get an actual P.R. Of substance and news the volume will stay low and 1-2 tick flippers will continue to be here...which is why I hated the statement they made of making long term investors happy rather than short term. The only way to profit here is to 1-2 tick flip or get in on the way up next year when the reset news hits in OCT 2019-JaN 2020....in my eyes the pump is over until then or until theres an updated website, share cancellation, and P.R.
