Well it was good alright and may still be !....DiD U see the reason for its' 20% upgap ?.....All's it was was because someone offered to jv in their non-prime asset (for just 3,000,000 bucks)

Hence yesterday may have just been a Day 1 (and a Day 1 which I totally unfortunately missed)....
Hence no "Congrats" for me
