My 3xETF matrix is suggesting the Health Care sector is actually turning upward while all the others are dropping. Might be the correct sector to buy into in my 401k and HSA accounts when the market starts looking strong again.
On the flip side, the contra 3xETF's, if I was itching to get into the market while the market is weak, SOXS is looking strong right now, and has been for the last ~2 weeks.
