Let's face it, if you are a common stockholder and have invested for years, this 'family loan arrangement' of IBEX (WHELAN family) receiving 50% discounted share price for their loans IS an INSULT and DAMAGING to ALL common stockholders. ALL who have paid FULL PRICE for their stock. Any notes sold to a selected few stockholders for the same deal of 50% discount is just as DAMAGING to all other faithful and long stockholders, as the 'family arrangement shares'. This action by the CEO is just the opposite of what a CEO's duties of ENHANCING stockholder VALUE are!! He is in position to make a company successful and profitable, thus to increase stockholder value, NOT DESTROY IT! The CEO position is there for ONLY THAT reason. He answers TO the stockholders indirectly through the DIRECTORS. In this case, here are NO DIRECTORS, thus directly to the stockholders. HE HAS FAILED THEM (us) seriously. TRIPLE ZEROS SAYS SO!!!!!

If he doesn't like the HEAT he is now getting, he should have never incorporated into a publicly trade company. He NEEDS and MUST answer to his investors!!

>>>...thus, IMO, all this CEO dysfunctional is deviously calculated, thus, intentional!! For what reason this is taking place, well, your guess is as good as mine.<<<

To me the reason is obvious. They (family) want the share price as low as possible to get the 50% discount price as low as possible. No, they are not satisfied with say, getting their shares at today's price of .0005 if they loaned money to company today. NO, they want it at .00025 to have a double immediately. This (50% cut in stock price) happening EVERY TIME they loan money. What a GIFT this CEO has given himself and his family. A gift that has definitely hurt his loyal investors.

So why, as of now, should our CEO be worried about his screw ups in running this company, if due to those screw ups, he is getting this extremely damn good return on his loans?

NO, he and his family are doing very nicely with how this is going.

INVESTORS? NOT SO!!!
