dben.ECFL was trading at 0.09/share when merger was announced.
This was after any adjustments for the 10:1 forward split which occurred a week earlier. That means that, on the day before the merger was announced investors felt that ECFL was worth around 0.09/share. Now, investors feel that ECFL is worth 0.004 or so. Seems like a disconnect IMO. There has been some dilution but it would be pretty hard to explain such a drop in price to dilution unless 50 B shares were dumped. Looks like typical investor over reaction to me.
