So why did Mark lead everyone on (more like outright lie through his teeth) about filing before the end of the last quarter? I don't by the last minute excuse because there has been plenty of time to remedy that lame excuse. His actions have been text book pinky fraud scumbag CEO for several years now.
Well, for some reason, the company doesn't want to provide the filings. That suggests to me that there's a problem.
And I think that problem has to do with the Iconic legal action. If Iconic gets all the stock it thinks it's entitled to, there'll be massive dilution.
Though if ARYC is making as much money as it claims, why doesn't it just arrive at a cash settlement with Iconic?
