I am going to repost this from MikeCr in case you missed it...

The original Iconic lawsuit was vacated and the case dismissed without prejudice because Arrayit had satisfied the loan when it transferred the collateral 6.6M shares of Avant to Iconic. Iconic sold said shares.

But, although asked to do so by Arrayit, Iconic never released the hold they had on additional shares of ARYC, and Iconic asked the transfer agent to issue them 72M shares of ARYC. That is what the pending Arrayit vs Iconic laswuit is about. There is a restraining order for Iconic not to do anything with those shares pending the outcome of the case.
