ferrari4me76, here is the issue. Rosie had said in recent filings that he wants to close the WaMu BK case end of the year 2019 to the first part of 2020.

With that said, I believe a bankruptcy closing can be contested/appealed up to six months from closing, so the real question is say the closing is 2/1/2020, do we have to wait the extra six months or so (8/1/2020) before Safe Harbor monies move...my GUESS would be like anything else, yes, we must wait, hence the dates I have discussed in earlier post.

I would love this to be wrong but anyone who followed the Calif DB/JPM/FDIC case knows the actual settlement was summer of the year 2016 but monies did not actually move until late 2017 earlier 2018
