Thanks for the explanation about FlutiCare.
I have a question of why not use a dispenser like the Afrin bottle.

I started using Afrin when our flight surgeon passed it out to the pilots of our unit so that we would breath better during our missions. But, using it for prolonged periods had a side effect of restricting the nasal passage. Therefore, I use it sparingly only when I have a cold.
I suspect using FlutiCare will become habitual
