It is not only the WIN Employees who can request
an EC but also any Shareholder.


I recall the WMI Docket was flooded with requests
for an EC and mostly from Shareholders who had
purchased common shares post bankruptcy.


I can’t figure out why the Shareholders in this WIN
bankruptcy have been so docile. Perhaps it is the
Debtors statement that it filed a Chapter 11 to
address/restructure the bond agreements - after
the Aurelius win - that has confused Shareholders.


Not having an EC will save money, however I do wish
more WIN employees had filed a request for an EC.
