linda1, I am curious about your thoughts surrounding an (EC) Equity Committee. Yes, I know we have discussed this before but if an EC is going to have any teeth, then I would think the time for an ECs is now and soon overdue.

From some of the recent filings, it seems WINMQ may be wanting to save the share structure. However, there does not seem to be anything concrete on this at this time.

Also, if most large holders sold when WINMQ filed bankruptcy, there may not be an appetite for an EC other than from employees which we have not heard from other than maybe one.

This is starting to concern me especially if it gets closer to WINMQ filing a POR without hearing anything concerning the share structure or an EC.
