If its any consolation, I've been in the markets for 39 yrs and I never heard a "non-deal roadshow" terminology. This is just your typical dog & pony conference to try and spur investor/analyst interest while telling your story.

Hi All, silly question but could someone tell me what a non deal roadshow means? TIA

Road Shows are business. In the high end audio industry, it's all totally discretionary spending so manufacturers show at the stores on geographic swings for seminars to keep the product in the stores/consumers awareness. The dealer stocks and sells the product. You support what he's done for you. That's what this sounds like.

But if there is a bond sale, secondary, or a news event on the horizon, the company can tour with the message that there is a preferred/qualified client or wholesale buying opportunity somewhere in the future, say like a shelf registration selling and that buying prior to the event after is an investment/profit opportunity. This sounds like a direct disavowal of that
