Villar gave all his rights to JL on a power of attorney to litigate the Legal proceedings.
I agree that Villar was never JL's mining contractor as continually stated by JL but part of a group of adventurers that took an opportunity to great lengths.One was murdered for his part and perhaps others which shall go nameless.
What I do know is no one sells a mining claim for the equivalent of $20.00 US funds in spite of the postings on boards that it was quite a common practice in Chile.Would not be worth the cost of a Chilean Notary,ink nor paper,wink wink.
Ever since the sale of the Amerilos claims was overturned by Kokisch, fraud and corruption by Barrick took over,not that it had not been there all along.
