Oh yeh I’ve seen that “no times” where an attorney is paid by a client and when they go to court they get special treatment by the judge because they were getting paid! All attorneys are getting paid. The judge in this real world situation made decisions, legal decisions because of compelling arguments, facts and on legal standing principles. It’s that way whether or not one party or another agrees with the decision. The only option is to put a more compelling, legally based argument.
