Yeah, wasn't surprised, really. It will be interesting to see if the judge elaborated on the reasoning to allow the delay, probably figured if the Crane peeps had the audacity to pay a lawyer to file a motion on behalf of their $20 stock holding (or whatever it is), the judge may as well toss him a bone and be sure those shareholders pay the lawyer as much as possible. LOL
