The question is WHY WASN'T THE.PRODUCT.SENT..THAT is.the.BOTTOM LINE...

This is the exact lawsuit against MYDX that apparently a Francois Du Toit from South Africa is claiming to have filled

NOT the name on the doc I have...(actually there are two names, neither one is "francois"

Guess i need to see the document for that case... anyone have it?

Not to mention.. again... MORE THAN ONE PERSON... hasn't gotten a product after giving MYDX money..

Just look at that fundraising site..

and all the Pre-paids for the "pen"..

Wonder how many MORE cases will crop up...

Can't wait.. should be fun!
