There's a bunch that just doesn't add up to good business sense. I mean I would have had a deal with a couple of local chefs to sell to as testing progressed , sure some might not be the goal weight for the system being refined but hey they'd be getting a great deal and us the press. The Florida guys could have had the shrimpsters join them for real dining experience cooked up by a real chef actually running/ working for a restaurant.
