I call it like it is and taking on more toxic debt before a long holiday weekend is not good. I see a big sell off tomorrow. I was looking to get back in much lower but have changed my mind since that 8-K. No longer a mod and no longer following this board.
They probably saw the negative reaction to there share price and said **** we cant sell shares and did a PN.
