I'm not sure what the heck you're asking. Lows are lows, highs are highs regardless of the time frame (13 min vs daily). Daily chart patterns carry more weight.
Happy to debate you but you are going to have to show evidence to back up your "higher lows argument" in the latest days/weeks because they don't exist.
If you somehow think I'm trying to be coy with lines or whatever, then draw a chart and show me what you mean. If drawn correctly you'll understand that what I've said is correct. "Hope" won't change it from bearish to bullish.
