I saw your email to and from Rose Fong that Savicorp was "scheduled to relist the stock in 2019. You might want to ask her for a specific relist date. Thank you for sharing this relist email however I did decide to look into that statement from Rose Fong the controller for Savicorp. On Friday I called Victoria Wagner of the securities exchange commission at 444 s. Flower St ate 900 Los Angeles ,Ca and their phone number is 323-965-3998.

I shared your email with them to have them determine if it was scheduled to relist. So both Victoria and her supervisor Joann stated that Savicorp has made ZERO attempts to relist their stock in 2019. They dated it looked like they don't have the minimum requirements to relist through them. When I asked how they could determine this is because they were revoked in 2015 and have not been able to provide the financials since the revoking of the stock. This was their determination to date. I then asked if the only way to relist was going through them and she said "no, the could fill out a 2019 form D and go through the state of California. I asked Victoria and her supervisor if they could see if that had been done in 2019 so they looked up Savicorp In the California states site at California sos business search and to date nothing has been filed therefore no "scheduled 2019 relist date has been established. So with that I would email Rose Fong back and request a specific date for that big day that's coming in 2019.
I told the SEC about your email and tax situation and I asked their opinion on why a company would do that to you nelxxx and they stated if a company might try to push you out past the statue of limitations to file a complaint with the SEC and it's harder to get your money back after 6 years of no activity. Joann and Victoria offered to help all shareholders if you want to call them. Be prepared they will record your conversation and the number you dial in with, in addition they offered my a complaint form. I'm not saying I wanted one or was willing to accept one the whole purpose of my call to them was to confirm Rose Fongs email. I was really hoping to receive good news but I should have known better. However we still have a few months for her to be correct. Good luck

You better think about your tax write off. I don't think it's going to activate even though Rose said it was going to go active in 2019. In addition it looks like Solly is going to stay away from answering as well. You might ask your tax advisor but I was told you can write off 3 k a year for 5 years. This might be the only way you can get some credit back against your purchase. We're all going to have to do this some year soon.
Unless you have some information others don't have.
