bid higher than the ask often and trades going off even higher than the higher bid quite a few times in the last hour. something definitely seems up. hope it's good

That's what I din't understand about the spin-off of WMIH. Why is it trading 50% below actual book value? Everytime I look at this stock, I keep asking myself "who wants it to stay at this market cap?"

Answer this and you will know...The WHY?
