Read my post I just made. I think they are going for an early ruling then. Cause they waited for the full summons 21 days then filed a motion 5 days later with the court.

So why file 2 days after when we have 28 days left unless imo they are going for a early judgment because it’s BS they have to wait 30 days while this criminal sits in Jail barred from the SEC.

I bet we see this puppy signed ASAP.

Either way a fantastic filing none the less!

Actually saw my buddy tonight, played a little ball against him. He said he files those type of motions all the time. Basically he does not think there is much of any chance Mulholland is going to respond. He said it is best for him to do nothing. That way he basically admits no guilt.

All that is left is for the judge to sign the paper but he believes it will fact take the 30 days. That being said he thinks the uplisting will happen immediately after this case is closed...

So the Countdown is on!
