If Verb or people are hurt it is because they made a mistake in assessing risk, or in understanding that’s how markets work. Checks and balances in the free market system are a very good thing. Proper valuation is a good goal because without that there would be the true abuses and a stifling of competition.
Competition comes from free markets. It’s the American way. It’s not easy but it is what makes for true quality companies.
