If they do read this board I hope they clear up the 800 W. Mesquite Ave property questions. The PR said they are tearing down a building that housed a "restoration" shop to build their solar farm. That property is home to TV's RICK'S RESTORATIONS, which appears to still be in operation as reviews of it's $5 tour are still being published. Coincidentally, or even suspiciously, Vinny C, the CEO's husband, made a review of the tour on Yelp on March 28. People have been patient enough and put through a brutal R/S. Time for management to start sharing some real information and putting out some PRs with substantial news.
