The SEC thing almost sent the Company into oblivion. He stuck his hand into the shareholder "cookie jar" as if no one would notice. What did that debacle cost us? The sad thing is all he had to do was register those shares and nobody would have said anything, we could have been in the pennies now, maybe more. Perception, is everything.
