that's the amazing thing..in they murky underworld of penny stocks (let alone greys) usually every delay is based on scammy ceo's tweeting about fake news or filings or contracts coming etc..or scammy pumpers fleecing the sheep..(while they dump or dilute)

to the contrary, these guys just get it done through filings and proper procedures...one step at a time..no hype, no nothing..like professionals..

even this delay because of the court issue/shares...they are systematically cleaning it up and dealing with it per the laws of the land and laying the foundation for a clean up-list and entry into the next level...

each delay has actually been a positive development..not a procrastinated pump - like we are used to..
