Huawei is one hell of a licensee....had a license with QCOM since 2014 and quit paying in 2017...sounds like the same trick AAPL tried to pull on QCOM..
..also, Huawei is 14% of IDCC's revenues, no wonder the stock price is down from 100. Lawsuit from January will never be "settled" in a short time frame.
Looks like the pullback in freezing them out in the marketplace did not work since their functions are in most of the smartphone market world wide. Competition is nowhere to be seen, what a mess.
