Sumaria, Wise is the hottest County in Texas, in the heart of the Barnett Newark East Field. It is quite common for Barnett wells in Wise Co to produces gas and condensate oil revenues in the millions (plural) annually.

Do you have the mineral rights to your property? I hear even homeowners with small lots get monthly royalty checks, if the horizontal wells draw from their property.

BYW, do you know Manitou, who owns acerage property there too?
