I hope my 20 million shares shrink to 10,000 at 4.00 a share which will end the gamble and the day trading and lead to great investment with dividends IMHO

So LIEb / Cigawatt will implement a 2,000 to one RS even though they publicly say they will not? So they are just lying right now?
