Information on Class 17

Since I missed information about class 17 in the last quarterly report of the WMILT, I asked KCC (Peter Walsh) what happens to this class.

He answered: "The treatment on account of Class 17A claims was paid shortly after the effective date of the plan in March 2012. Per the Plan, Class 17B was not to receive any treatment and it’s my understanding those notes remained outstanding."

In your opinion, is this statement correct?
