Divergence is not the panacea of indicator signals.
It can and does fail...

Chart A shows a trade taken with divergence and some other rationals to consider
Chart B shows the results of that trade -- a loss
Chart C shows a 2nd trade with other rationals -- a gain

Always use STOPs and TARGETS ... IDEALLY with a 3 to 1 win/loss ratio
