German Deal is critical. The PR release has raised expectations and anything less than a signed deal will create negative sentiment.

Many do not know just how on point you are here...It would have been far better to keep quiet on some announcements as you indicated with the loose PR further down in your post...So yes, the German deal is important...The good part is the article posted regarding the EU GMP certifications is the amount of time it takes for them to be awarded...That was the one thing that worried me was the possibility of another LOI not coming to fruition because of the length of time since it was first announced...Now I see why and have a bit more understanding as to why it's been this long...
The German deal is huge both on its own and the possibilities it opens up...
