No need to feel sorry. SIGO buried themselves.

No financials filed for 18 months until recent filing of 2017 10-K (about 14 months late). Now 4 quarterlies overdue as well as the 2018 10-K (almost 4 months late now).

Any accomplishments? The only ones I know of are their 2 provisional annual licenses, each good for 12 months. Those were the last two pictures posted on Instagram.
