As I mentioned in earlier posts there still seems to be some plans for plus1 coins as per developers I talked to on discord.

There are also some rumors about things...

In any case it seems as though Online Blockchain the company that started plus1 is focusing their attention on the freefaucet site .

It is going well and they are signing up 400-500 people a day or something.

I think the days of active faucets might be over, but it might be possible Clem does something with this project. Im holding my coins and earning more over on the free faucet

Like I said, without advertised faucets doling out free coins, no one will donate their 'hard-earned' invisible coins to the Community faucet.
