Do you know if there are any plans on getting anyplace to accept Plus1 coins as payment (like for an iHub premium membership)?

I stopped donating to the community faucet and Plus1ing posts, the coins are ready to burn a hole in my (virtual) wallet.

Is there anyway to convert them to Pokecoins? I could really use some. I want to accessorize my avatar on Pokemon Go.
